The Employees" Association,CAT-III [15%-2nd.ALL INDIA LEVEL ORGANISATION] has ULTIMATELY HAS WON OVER through their struggle by G.S.ARUP GOSWAMI,Smt.ADITI PRAMANIK,JGS+OCM+SOLE WOMAN REPRESENTATIVE to J.C.M and others simultaneously towerds CASH PAYMENT OF SALARIES from NOV,2016;DEC,2016 and JAN,2017 & FEB,2017 on submitting their acquitting on acquittance roll by accepting salaries/emmoluments due from last 4 months,as cited above,signatures by them on 17/03/2017 and NO LOSS OF GOVT. REVENUE for those months of  Nov,2016 upto Febuary,2017 which is not at all payment by ECS through Nationalised Banks etc.
